One of the best ways for a Rotary Club to insure
enduring community developments is to sponsor a Rotary Community Corps (RCC),
a group of non Rotarian women or man who wont to help their own
communities.
Under the guidance of a sponsoring Rotary Club, corps members work to
solve a wide range of community problems, such as an employment,
hunger, neglet of childrens' problem, job for disabled people, drug abuse,
poor housing...
Like their sponsoring Rotary Clubs, corps are non partisan, non
sectarian and exhibit e spirit of service.
The genius of the corps is its flexibility.
Members may be parents whu band toghether to solve school's
diyslexic problem, elderly people who want to organize a
recreational orticultural community green house, schools competing to make
web pages on behalf of the community trade information etc. ...
